We value our employees at Hohman Plating and our goal is for every employee to be successful on-the-job. To help employees achieve their successes, about 4 years ago Hohman Plating developed an in-house training program called Hohman University.
NASA’s Glenn Research Center (GRC) has signed a nonexclusive licensing agreement with Dayton-based Hohman Plating to commercialize a suite of two GRC-patented, high-temperature lubricants.
Hohman Plating is celebrating its 100th anniversary in 2018. The shop was founded in 1918 in Springfield, Ohio, by William Hohman, who moved it to Dayton in the 1930s.
Ben Lambers, Director of Engineering at Hohman Plating, was named a 2017 Products Finishing 40-Under-40 honoree.
The newest arsenal in Hohman Plating’s growing list of services doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles. In fact, it’s a pretty sterile environment; quiet and well-lit, and only a select few coming and going inside the newest department in the Dayton, Ohio, facility.
Hohman Plating has received Merit certification through Nadcap (National Aerospace and Defense Contactors Accreditation Program) for Chemical Processing.
